Send us your enquiry, and we’ll be in touch via email with a custom proposal tailored to your needs. If we’re a good fit, we’ll continue on to Step 2 and explore how we can bring it to life through tea.

Once you have accepted the proposal and are ready to move forward with us, we'll send over the proposal agreement for you to review, sign, and place your booking deposit. 

Here’s where things start to take shape. We’ll create and present you with initial design concepts for your tea tins. You’ll select your favorite direction, and we’ll refine it together - including any revisions to message, colours, or layout. You’ll also receive a short form to finalize label content, guest names (if personalized), and special messages. 

Once you've approved your final design, we’ll confirm your order quantity and delivery date to prep for production. Depending on your preferences, extra flourishes like custom cards, tags, or gift boxes can also be added. 

We understand that order quantities may increase, and once production begins, you'll have up to 2 weeks before scheduled delivery date to add on to your order quantity. 

Once your tea gifts are packed and ready, we’ll send over any remaining payment balance which is due prior to sending out your order. When they have arrived, we'd love for you to send us any constructive feedback or photos, so we know you enjoyed your order as much as we love what we’ve brewed together :)
