How long will it take to get my order?
We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays, even on public holidays. Orders will be shipped out 1-2 working days after payment has been received. Once we ship out your kitteas, they'll reach you in about this long:

Duties/Customs fees: Some countries may charge import duties, taxes or other random fees. Since it varies for every country it’s best if you get in touch with your local customs office to find out before you purchase, just so there’s no nasty unexpected charges and so you won’t think it’s us (it’s totally the government!)
Can I track my order?
We use registered mail with tracking service to ship all our parcels – local and international. All our parcels are trackable so there's no escaping them. You'll receive an email with a tracking code once your order has been shipped.
Deliveries are usually made between the hours of 9am-5pm and a signature may be requested from you to confirm delivery. If no one is available when your parcel is delivered, the postman will leave instructions on how to pick up your parcel at your nearest post office.
I'm getting kitteas as a gift. Can I ship to a different address to my own?
Awww that's so sweet. Of course you can! Enter an alternative shipping address, as well as the person’s name whom you are sending your order to, in the 'Special instructions' box during checkout.
How can I pay?
The website accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal and good wishes.

How do I use my gift voucher?
You have a gift voucher?! Congrats! Someone loves you very much. Ok, here’s how to use it:
- Find the code on the gift voucher, where it says 'Voucher Code'.
- Proceed to checkout with your cart full of kittea goodness.
- See that box that says 'Discount/Gift Voucher Code'? Here's where you key in your gift voucher code
- Hit 'apply' and you're all good to go :)
How do I cancel an order?
Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours to let us know you have to cancel. We'll issue you a refund. Why 2 hours? Because after that your orders are headed for packing! It may take a couple of days for the funds to be reflected in your bank account, so it's normal to experience a tiny delay.
How do I make changes to my order?
Similar to canceling an order, quickly email email@example.com within 2 hours with your order number and the changes you want to make. Unfortunately we can’t add products to your order, but we can change address, recipient name or tea flavours.
I received a faulty item, what do I do?
Oh no :( this is so awkward. It doesn’t happen often we promise! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the faults. If we determine our beloved kitteas did not fare so well during their journey to you, we will refund you the product purchase price and cover postage for you.
Where are Kittea teas from?
We source our teas from all over the world! 'Cos there are just some countries who really know their stuff when it comes to tea. Some teas, such as our Assam and Jasmine Green are sourced from the same regions; while other teas can change depending on the seasonal quality.
